Service Description

Whether it's finding more ease in the voice, working through register shifts, developing skill in a particular genre, building practice habits that promote success, or preparing for highly competitive academic programs, Heidi has the background and training to help each student meet their goals. For in-person lessons, students should bring water, their assigned sheet music (if relevant) and a way to take notes. It is also highly recommended that students record their lessons on a personal device (like a cellphone). For remote/video lessons, students will need everything mentioned above for in person lessons as well as a speaker and second device from which to play karaoke/accompaniment/previously recorded tracks. Cancellation/No Show Policy: Make-up classes are offered on a case-by-case basis, and there will be no guarantee of makeup lessons at any time for any reason. If a student does not show up for their lesson within ten minutes of the start time, the lesson will be ended without refund. If the teacher has to cancel a lesson, they will offer either a makeup lesson or a refund for the missed lesson.
